Pilates is a great cross training exercise with many benefits for all sports.  The flexibility that you will gain as you practice will enhance your performance and discourage injury.

Pilates is for everyone and has many modifications that will allow any client to be challenged within their range of motion.  Individual goals of strength and flexibility are attainable for everyone. 

“I don’t like group classes and I don’t have a lot of time to work out. “

Pilates is not a diet or substitute for cardio training, but if done consistently it will take inches off your body.   

“Will pilates help me if I am pregnant? Post-pregnant?   

Yes, most pilates exercises can be done up to the 5th month of pregnancy and then there are modifications that can be made.  Postpartum is a great time to do pilates as well to strengthen the transversus back into shape.  Of course everyone needs to be cleared form their Doctor before performing any exercise.
