10/20/30 RULE
After 10 sessions, your body will feel different
After 20 sessions, you will see a difference
After 30 sessions your body will be different, and other people will see the difference too!
Mat Pilates is done using your body as resistance. Finding where your body anatomically works in neutral is key in every pilates experience, and at Personal Pilates I will help each client learn what neutral is for them individually. As a client you will also learn about your core muscles and how to best strengthen them. We will use a variety of props like a roller, stability ball and magic circle to name a few. Using these props you will be Developing and strengthening the core muscles to shape and tone the body. Every muscle in your body will be activated and challenged to give you strength, balance, flexibility, control and muscle definition. As your pilates instructor I will train and challenge you to your optimum potential.
A quote from Celeste- “Pilates is a great practice for anyone to fight back aging with flexibility, strength and balance. Pilates will continue to have a major role in the fitness arena for years to come, and for me it is a lifelong exercise. Everyone will benefit from practicing pilates…everyone.
